Thermal insulation is the reduction of heat transfer between objects in thermal contact.
Specialising in both high temperature and cold works across a wide range of projects, our competent installers maintain the highest standard. All systems are covered from pipework to ductwork and storage vessels.
Trace Heating is a system used to maintain or raise the temperature of pipes and vessels using heat tracing cables. Trace heating takes the form of an electrical heating element run in physical contact along the length of a pipe. As with other elements of our business we work in collaboration with market leading manufactures to deliver high quality projects.
At our manufacturing facility, we produce removable insulation blankets, made from layers of thermal insulation materials that is fastened onto a mechanical component to maximize its efficiency, regulate its temperature, and improve workplace safety. A system that goes in hand with our energy auditing services.
Our energy audit is an independent inspection survey and an analysis of energy flows for energy conservation in a building. It includes the assessment of processes and systems, to reduce the amount of energy input into the system without negatively affecting the output. In commercial and industrial real estate, an energy audit is the first step in identifying opportunities to reduce energy expense and carbon footprint. The service works in conjunction with our Thermal Insulation and Insulation Jacket manufacturing.
Fire-stopping is a form of passive fire protection that is used to seal around openings and between joints in a fire-resistance-rated wall or floor assembly. Firestops are designed to maintain the fireproofing of a wall or floor assembly allowing it to impede the spread of fire and smoke. Working with leading manufactures and our FIRAS trained operatives to delivery quality and assured projects.
