Greycoat and Morgan Stanley’s 232,000 sq ft former Royal Bank of Scotland office at 2-5 Devonshire Square, comprises 222,087 sq ft of Grade A office and ancillary accommodation arranged over two basements, ground and an eight upper floors.

Capital Thermal Services provided the shell and core works and fit out on levels 6,7 and 8 as well as exposed services with a professional cladding finish.  Overall services provided on this project include Thermal Insulation, Trace Heating, Cladding and Jackets which were completed within a nine -month programme timeline.

The building is targeting BREEAM 'Excellent'.
