Situated within the Great Ormond Street Hospital (GOSH) are the UK’s first dedicated Sight and Sound Centre for children. The new centre boasts specialist testing facilities including soundproof booths and eye imaging suite.

Capital Thermal provided the Fire Rated Insulation, Thermal Insulation, Acoustic Insulation, and Trace heating on the refurbishment of the 100-year-old building. It was one of two hospital schemes secured with the Integral and Keir partnership.

The cost of the project was met via charitable donations, including a significant donation by Premier Inn. It was important to deliver a high-quality project that has a positive impact on young patients across the UK.
