The additional gate and passenger access points within Terminal 2 of Heathrow Airport, successfully provides additional capacity and improved the efficiency of passenger movement.

Capital Thermal Services provided the Thermal Insulation, Fire Rated Insulation, and Trace Heating for this project.

This project was completed with construction work happening alongside a live aviation site. Being Capital Thermal’s first Airside package since the Global Pandemic brought some new challenges but ultimately was completed on time and within budget.
