Following the consolidation of the Royal Mail sorting office, the Mount Pleasant building was repurposed to accommodate the development of 700 residential units. This large-scale residential project spanned both the London Borough of Camden and Islington.

Capital Thermal provided comprehensive thermal and acoustic insulation services, with Mount Pleasant Phase One marking our first Heat Network project, featuring enhanced insulation thicknesses for improved efficiency.
