Capital Thermal undertook thermal insulation, trace heating and acoustic works across the £30m refurbishment of Fairfield Halls, our first theatre project, completed within a 12-month programme as part of the first phase of Croydon's College Green development.

The building became live part way through the project, requiring our team to work nights to accommodate the end users and comply with strict noise restrictions. A technically and logistically demanding project, delivered successfully alongside Designer Group and Vinci Construction.
