Capital Thermal provided thermal insulation, trace heating, aluminium cladding and valve jackets across Premier Place, a 232,000 sq ft Grade A office at 2-5 Devonshire Square, formerly the Royal Bank of Scotland headquarters. Our scope covered shell and core works and fit-out on levels 6, 7 and 8, including exposed services with a professional cladding finish, completed within a nine-month programme. The building is targeting BREEAM Excellent.
