The redevelopment of UK headquarters for Spanish bank Santander.

This facility extends to over 200,000 sq ft over seven levels. The aggressive programme, was achieved with extended shift working, and sporadic increases in resources with peaks as various workfaces, across the different floors were made available.

Capital Thermal Services provided the Thermal Insulation, Pipework and Ductwork Services.

Being Capital Thermal’s third project with Update Group and the success of Phases 1 and 2, we are now planning to progress onto the Plant Replacements in Phase 3.
