Offering eighteen floors of offices plus ground floor retail, two roof plant decks and two levels of Basement plantrooms, One Braham was one of the few in London that continued operation thorough the COVID 19 lockdown.  This meant we had to adapt to the changing regulations with immediate effect and with the help of Designer Group and McLoughlin and Harvey we were able to continue works safely and efficiently.

Capital Thermal provided the Trace Heating, Thermal Insulation, Venture Clad and Valve Jackets on this project.

Securing the project at short notice meant we had to work diligently prior to starting, arranging technical submissions and health and safety documents.
